Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note you will be responsible for postage return fees. 


Please do not file a chargeback or file a complaint with paypal before you contact us about your order. Actions like this cause a lot of time and money on our end. For any questions on refunds, tracking numbers, or late orders, please contact our team at: support@phasegem.com


If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect: 

-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

Note: We do not cover shipping cost for return & there is a 50% restocking fee of the original price for the return.

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. 
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@phasegem.com and we will be happy to assist.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items cannot be refunded. If you order any item on sale from its original price, it cannot be refunded unless it never shows up after 90 days, or is broken/damaged. In that case, pictures must be presented as proof.

Coupon Codes 

-Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.

-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. 

-Only one code can be used on a purchase 

-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases

CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. However, we try and process orders as fast as possible so your order may not be able to be canceled in time. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
